Rental Policies

  • Full Day: 9am-5pm | Half Day AM: 9am-1pm | Half Day PM: 1pm-5pm
  • Fuel not included in rental rate. Renter responsible for refueling costs.
  • Cancellation: 48 hours prior for full deposit refund. No weather-related refunds.
  • $100 deductible Loss Damage Waiver covers up to $500 (excludes theft/vandalism/negligence).
  • $50 cleaning fee for excessive mess. $1,000/hour late fee if boat not returned on time.
  • $30 admin/parking fee required. Ice bags ($3) and lily pads ($80) available as add-ons.

Common Questions

Do I need a boating license?

Tennessee does not require a boating license to operate a rental pontoon. The boat captain must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license. All renters complete a safety orientation before departure.

What is included with my rental?

All rentals include Coast Guard approved life jackets, anchor, lake map, and a full safety orientation. Fuel is not included—boats depart with a full tank and renters are responsible for refueling costs.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends during peak season (May-September). Our double deckers with slides are particularly popular and book quickly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 48+ hours before your reservation for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Weather cancellations by the marina are refunded at our discretion.
